Blackbeard (2006, NR)

Wow.  This made for TV movie biopic is overlong, and at times poorly acted.  I learned hardly anything about Blackbeard himself, and I was disappointed by the poorly-staged battle sequences.  Stay away from this pic if your looking for a rip roaring piraty adventure on the high-seas.  It could have been done just as good as a theater or stage performance.
