The Social Network (2010, PG-13)

Operating out of his little room in Harvard University, Mark Zuckerberg came up with a cool internet idea—Facebook.  Today, with over half a million users, Facebook is like the most popular internet site or something.  And it all happened from 2003-2004.
The main moral of the Social Network is that success has its price.  Even Zuckerberg’s closest friend sued him for cheating on the deal.  Facebook caused a record of scandal.  The Social Network, which doesn’t move too fast or too slow, is an interesting movie to watch as it is entertaining because not a whole lot of people realized what happened around Facebook’s opening years.
The actors are little known but all do a splendid and convincing job.  Critics have called the Social Network brilliant.
I’m not sure if this is a movie that people will be watching 10 years from now, but it’s one that everyone’s watching right now.  Either way, it’s one of the most non-senseless movies of 2010.  Again, you pay a price for success.
Grade: A-
