French Kiss (1995, PG-13)

It's basically a formulaic, somewhat predictable romantic comedy.  Nevertheless, French Kiss is still a fun, little movie on it's own.  Who would have thought that Kevin Kline could have played a Frenchman?  He simply lands the job perfect, delivering a very convincing performance as the romantic Frenchman, Luc.  Meg Ryan, on the other hand, goofs off on her way throughout the movie, sometimes to the point where I became seriously annoyed.  This is directed by Lawrence Kasdan, who found box-office success in this pic along with box-office failures in Silverado, Wyatt Earp, and Dreamcatchers.  For what it was worth, you just might as well give French Kiss a peek.
