So I'll say this:
Dragonheart is set in the real world where dragons exist. But the focus of it is on a classic medieval hero named Bowen (Dennis Quaid). Together, the dragon, named Draco (and voiced by Sean Connery) and Bowen team up to rid the land of the evil King Einon (David Thewlis), and Draco holds as secret from Bowen in that he and Einon share a heart--if one of them dies, then the other one does to.
Directed by Rob Cohen,
Dragonheart is a medieval mess that thankfully doesn't turn into a full-scale disaster. It has poor acting and a heavily cliched script. What more needs to be said? If you're looking for a magical dragon movie, then you've come to the wrong pic.
