Crocodile Dundee II (1988, PG)

Simply put, Crocodile Dundee II is a needless action flick.  I am not a fan of the first Crocodile Dundee, but nevertheless in my rather short review of that film I included that it's a movie worth watching.  This time around, Paul Hogan is not as charming as Dundee as he was before.

Well, Crocodile Dundee II is not a movie worth watching.  It's a movie almost rushed into production after the whopping success of the original.  Pretty much, the filmmakers changed the comedy of the first Crocodile Dundee into an action film and the character of Dundee into an action hero.  Even so, Crocodile Dundee II managed to pull off as being one of the biggest blockbusters of the year.
